• Vehicle details: make, model, year, registration number and VIN where supplied.
• Your insurance company and any claim details you choose to share.
• Photos you upload, such as your licence disc or a photo of the damaged windscreen and its sensors.
• Any message you send us.

We use this information solely to prepare an accurate windscreen quote, identify the correct glass and ADAS features for your vehicle, liaise with your insurer where you ask us to, and arrange fitment. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We share only what is necessary with your insurer or its assessors (when you ask us to process a claim), our glass suppliers, and our fitment technicians. Our website and database are hosted by trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Quote submissions and uploaded photos are stored in a private, access-controlled database and storage area. Uploaded documents are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to Windscreen Lab staff who need it to service your request.

We retain quote requests for as long as needed to service your enquiry and to meet our legal, insurance and warranty obligations — typically up to five years — after which the records are deleted.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it.
